Training Options & Services Available:

Let's Move Maui! Together we will create a plan that will focus on your goals. By increasing your cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, your stamina, strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, balance and power, you will build lean muscle and burn fat! We will begin with discussing your goals, challenges, health history, likes and dis-likes, your current diet, limitations and any questions you may have.

Personal Training:

Private and Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions Available.

Custom workouts made for YOU based on YOUR goals and abilities!

 

Sessions are generally 60 minutes long & include:

  • A Warm Up and Cool Down Period

  • Stretching and Cardio Work

  • Strength and Resistance Training

  • Functional Exercises & Balance Challenges

  • Plyometrics, Tabata and Agility Training, Etc... 

 

Private One-on-One Personal Training Sessions Available 

Indoor or Outdoor Private Workouts that will help you find the motivation

to exercise and make fitness a part of your life!

 

Semi-Private (Buddy) Personal Training Sessions Available

Share your Workout Session with a Friend or Family Member and Save! 

Minimum of 2 people.

Outdoor Group Fitness:
If you want to get fit, have fun, and meet new people at the same time, then come join in! Group Fitness offers a variety of training techniques, environments, and challenging workouts. It’s all about getting your heart rate up and having a good time!
